In collaboration with Medicare and CDC our goal is to minimize/eliminate flu among our local senior communities. We offer Flu and Pneumonia vaccines to our Medicare patients at no charge.

Our Immunization Clinics are handled by Immunizing Pharmacists, which means that you are able to get all the answers you need from the experts, and we also offer free onsite medication counselling with your immunization administration.

Here’s how it works:

1 - Contact us for any inquiries, or use our scheduling tool to reserve a preliminary appointment (our team will contact you and confirm the appointment).
2 - Download the Vaccine Consent form online or in the confirmation email.
3 - Ask each resident to fill the form and have it ready at the time of the clinic along with a copy of their Insurance Card.
4 - Our experienced immunizing pharmacist will show up at the scheduled appointment and vaccinates all participating patients.
5 - VaxOn donates 5 meals to Feeding America for every shot given.
