- VaxOn administers vaccines at no extra cost for Insured patients; No administrative fees or hourly charges.
- Our Pharmacists will report all administered vaccines to your state’s Immunization registry so all of your healthcare providers would have access to it.
- While you get the benefit of vaccine protection you also help your local community as we donate 5 meals to Feeding America for every shot we administer.
Is there a minimum age for clinic participants?
Since our clinics are administered by Pharmacists we have to follow each state’s immunization protocol, CDC recommendations, and the FDA approval for each vaccine. For North Carolina the minimum age we can vaccinate without needing a Prescription is 10 years for Flu Shots, and 18+ for all the other vaccines.

How to Schedule an Immunization Clinic?
You can use our easy online scheduling tool, Call, or email with VaxOn team for a clinic proposal, which will include pricing and additional details. Once approved your requested flu clinic date(s) will be confirmed. Please make sure to include the Insurance provider to get an accurate estimate (There’s no extra charge for clinics with our contracted Insurance network).
When should we schedule a non-flu vaccine Clinic?
VaxOn is available all year around for every day (Non-Flu) and travel vaccines. Please contact us for specific vaccine requests before scheduling. We require one week notice for scheduling and 72 hours cancellation or rescheduling notice.
When Should We Hold Our Flu Clinic?
Flu vaccine is available starting from Mid-August, the CDC recommends against early vaccination in August as it may result in weaned immunity by the end of the season, and most companies prefer to offer workplace flu vaccination clinics in September, October or November.
Do You Have Clinic Minimum?
Yes, we generally do request a minimum number of participants; however, minimums can vary by market. Please send us an inquiry with the number of participants in your requested clinic.
